"At Rebecca’s, they went above and beyond my expectations and gave me an experience myself, my mom, and my best friends will always remember and cherish. They even allowed my father to step in for a moment to see me in my dress. (He was patiently waiting out in the car). With a VIP Appointment, they provided champagne, snacks, personalized music, and a private room which made the experience that much more personal because we were allowed to truly be ourselves and speak openly/freely. My consultant actually listened to what I had to say with each dress and brought something closer and closer each time until we finally found the one. By the end of the appointment, I was in something totally different than I had ever imagined but it was perfect. She even got to know me enough throughout the appointment that she added some unexpected accessories that I just couldn’t leave without. Each person I came in contact with on the staff were friendly, encouraging but not pushy, and I never felt like if I didn’t leave with a dress it would change their attitudes or the experience. I flew in from Colorado to be with my mom and my best friends and it was well worth coming back to Kentucky for Rebecca’s. I just received my dress in the mail this week and it’s still just as perfect as the day we found it. I will forever send my fellow Kentuckians to Rebecca’s because I know their experience will be just like mine every single time. Thank you for an amazing and unforgettable experience."

"Unreal the experience we had here! We recently booked a private room to try on wedding dresses for my little sister (she said yes!) - we got to spend our time with Emma who couldn't have been more perfect. We even got to meet Rebecca and her twin sister, and get to know them for a bit. It was wonderful.
The setting of the room was like a dream, everything crisp and white, with glam and fur, and of course touches of sparkle and modern fixtures. There wasn't an inch of the room that had been overlooked and I could literally spend all my afternoons there.
Emma found exactly what my sister had envisioned and gave us real, honest, answers. Nothing felt pressured or rushed. She was very sweet and made us feel at home and even like part of the family to be honest. We were able to give feedback and it was received well and translated into the most perfect dress for my sister.
I had one of the most relaxing, absolutely amazing days ever with my little sister and mom, and I know they'd say the same. Highly highly recommend, like wouldn't even waste time going anywhere else, and if I ever am in the market this will hands down be the boutique I go to."

Heather helped me into all the dresses and truly listened to what my concerns were, and knew right away which dress was next. "I easily found my dream wedding dress at Rebecca's. I was AMAZED at the huge selection of gowns they carry in the silhouette that I was interested in. I had a budget of $1500 and nearly every gown I looked at in the store was in my budget. My consultant gave me freedom to look around and pull gowns I wanted, and also used my feedback to pull gowns she thought I'd like. My family and I fell in love with my dress, but I had a second appointment at another store later in the day. When we left, my consultant told us they would be in the store for a while after closing and to call if we wanted to come back. After trying on a few dresses at another store I knew my dress was at Rebecca's so I called and they waited for us. I wasn't rushed even though it was past closing. My family and I even got to have the champagne toast when I said yes. It was overall such a fun and memorable experience."

"I can't believe how perfect my experience was at Rebecca's! My mom and I visited Rebecca's after there was a mistake with the dress I had bought previously from a different shop. Our consultant, Mary Ruth, went above and beyond- she is a rockstar- and helped me rebuild my vision after losing the dress I thought I would get married in! Mary Ruth and I pulled dresses from their HUGE selection, some that I would have never thought I'd like, and I actually ended up falling in love with one she chose for me! When I arrived my awesome consultant sat me down to get an overall understanding of who I was and what my goals were in a dress. She then allowed my mom and I to look through the showroom and make some picks of our own so she could get a better idea of what I was drawn to. She made me feel so comfortable and listened to everything I said.
