WHO WE ARE
A LOCALLY & FAMILY-OWNED BOUTIQUE
In 1989, Rebecca opened her first bridal shop in a little house on Chenoweth Lane--right here in the St. Matthew’s neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky--when she was just 27 years old. She was a new business owner, a recent bride, and within the first year of business, a new mom! Her daughters Alex and Sam spent countless hours in that boutique, working beside their mother throughout school and growing up in awe of all of the beautiful brides and dresses.
Thirty years later, Alex is now the co-owner with her mom Rebecca (she also designed our new location and painted our signature flower mural in our lobby!). Sam does the ordering and administrative work, AND Rebecca’s twin sister Karen is one of our managers!

Rebecca’s Wedding Boutique is still locally & family-owned, a point of pride that is so much more than a buzz-word here. For over thirty years, the #RebeccasFamily has grown to include many fabulously talented managers and stylists, hardworking professionals who, like family, support one another and love what they do.
We take our work personally because it is personal, for us and for you, and we want to do everything we can to help you feel like you’re a part of the Family as well!
